The best way to teach your dog a trick, is to make it fun for her. Use praise and small treats to reward your dog.

Practice new tricks only a few minutes at a time. You never want your dog to get bored when learning new things.

Step by step to many tricks is on this site : http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Prairie/5952/indexorg.html
Hope it helps! and Good luck! :)

Hahahah, you might want to start with the important ones first; Sit, down and leave it. All the others are unimportant. No one here is going to outline for you step-by-step how to turn your chihuahua into a circus dog. I suggest you get a book, read up on training, and go from there. Keep in mind, these things don't happen overnight. It takes years of patience, practice, and training to get a dog to perform like this

you should invest in a good dog training book and once you learn the basics of training you can teach your dog anything but first work on the come, sit, down(lay), and stay commands when those are good then move on and only teach one or two at a time dogs can get confused remember they are learning a new language

Your list is far too long to address here. Have you considered taking a few good obedience classes with an experienced instructor (someone who actually trials in obedience would be good)? A good instructor will help you learn HOW to train your dog. Once you learn how, there isn't much you won't be able to train.

Wow thats a long list. You should try a dog trainer, it may be expensive, but for the results you want, and a dog that is well behaved it's worth the price.

Lol, wouldn't it be easier to just get a book on dog training, or look up something online?

It would be hard to do with no manual. Buy a dvd for training dogs or take her to petsmart for training (They have a special training for puppies and adult dogs).
Treats help train your dog also.

Get help from a trainer... definitely get the basic obedience skills first (site, stay, lie down, come).

I would suggest a basic obedience class if she doesn't know sit yet. Then an agility class.
