I have for almost 6 yrs now. We did the "timing thing". I know you can also do the temperature thing, but I could never get into taking my temperature before I lifted my head in the morning! And for that same reason I've never been on the pill and he hates condoms - lol

If you mean keeping track of your days, it is pretty easy. I use it in conjuction with other methods and its not to hard if you have a calendar and know what to look for. Just google it.
