when you change the focus to living a healthy and fit lifestyle vs. just trying to lose weight, it becomes much easier.

human beings are no different than any other animal on this planet they are designed to be mostly physically active over the course of the day. human biology is also designed to utilize nutrients derived from the flesh of animals/fish and foods grown in the soil that are naturally occurring. our bodies are not designed to be sedentary or to be feed highly processed chemically laden foods day in and day out year after year after year.

it's not, when its a lifesytle and u eat right and u don't ever crave bad foods because all your body knows is whole foods, exercise becomes a part of you, a jog becomes part of your routine and you actually want to get up and do it because you love the endorphin rush and the energy it gives you. When your healthy, your naturally more energetic, happier, just loving life no matter how bad times get. it's just you have to ditch all your bad habits that you've been raised with and thats the difficulty. IF you focus on making it a lifestyle rather than just focusing on losing weight, in the long run you'll never have to worry about losing weight ever again.

Eat better. Eat foods found in nature. No foods made in a factory. None. Get active. Everyday do something. Walk. Run. Dance. Whatever. Get a dog, take it for a walk. Play with your kids if you have any. Get moving. You do these 2 things then your weight will fall off. Learn more:

Be patient... It takes a long time to PUT on weight, but people don't notice that. That also means that it takes time to LOSE weight! :-)
You have great friends and family (and b/f) that can help and encourage you! And remember that you are still loved, whether you lose a lot or a little or none!

I think its the hardest thing to do in the world!!!!!!!!!

I am doing weight watchers..and its pretty fun.....! I have lost 11 pounds in one month...if you are really wanting to lose weight you should try that...I do the online thing..b/c I am young and don't want to feel like a fattie attending the meeting with a bunch of oldies. :)

Because food is so good..most of them time we are in such a hurry & busy with life it is hard to sit down and eat a healthy meal,so we stop and grab fast food witch usually = fast fat!

Because we are like yo yo's and we have messed up our metabolism, and it is close to the holidays. I wish there was some magic answer and we could just be thin but it does not work that way.

its not......research alkaline/acid diets........80%alkline should be your diet......fruits veggies certain nuts(almonds brazil nuts chestnuts) stop drinking sugar(real or artificial) only drink water. avoid beef and pork and simple carbs(processed foods) eat only whole grain breads
