Here's 2 GREAT rec.
3 "P" Chicken
Great for those watching carbs. South Beach rec.

Skinless boneless chicken breast cut into strips.

1 large jar of Parmesan shake cheese.
1 large pile (in the palm of your hand) of Peparika (red)
1 large pile (in the palm of your hand) of ground Parsley (green leaves)

mix the 3 "P"'s together in a dish. It will make the cheese pretty red.

coat chicken pieces in egg. Roll in mixture above and cook till golden brown in EVOO (extra virgin olive oil).

My kids swear I could open a restaurant on this rec alone.

Next

Taco chili. If you like taco and chili you'll love this.

Brown 1-2 pounds ground turkey with
1 large sweet onion
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing (powder)

now add in

2 cans seasoned pinto beans (I like Glory)
2 cans crushed stewed tomatoes (I like with garlic & onion)
1 can whole kernel corn

you can also add salsa too.

This ends up very thick and yummy. you can use liquid in corn or not. Some add water and call it taco soup.

medium heat till good and hot.

Weight Watchers :) 2pts per cup

Ahhhhh! Sushi!!! I am SO envious!
So many of the foods listed sound wonderful.

All I had was a can of Triple Cherry Fruit Cocktail in Light Syrup and a few Roasted Coconut Marshmallows and a can of coke. Later tonight I'll have a handful of cheetos.
Blah- my diet so sucks lol
My kids are having lasagna and TV dinners.

I HATE to cook. My 15 year old son does most of the cooking because he loves to. He loves experimenting with different dishes.
I have food phobias (not really "food" but I never think the kitchen is clean enough or I worry about how long certain things are good for)... I guess I like to cook cabbage and keilbasa in the pressure cooker.. That's about the only thing though.

I could seriously go for some sushi right now.. or SABA. Goodness I love Saba (a mackrel dish I eat in Hawaii). I have to wait for my trip in January for that though *sob*
Thanks for making me hungry ;-pp

Since I go to the gym in the evenings, I eat a HUGE salad when I get home.... I usually will put some chicken, shrimp, on it too!

But tonight, I baking some acorn squash and I'm stuffing it with Sausage stuffing (You take a box of sage stuffing, add the water and butter it calls for, and mix in some chopped cooked spicey saugage then stuff it inside your squash halfs.... Then bake at 350 until the squash meat is easily perced with a fork but still firm enough to hold its shape. Oh and before you stuff it here is an option: I also add some gorganzola cheese to the stuffing and it adds a great flavor! I put in about half to 2/3rd a cup of it)

Yum Yum Yum

We're having orange chicken with rice tonight. My easiest thing to fix, is the Impossible Cheeseburger Pie recipe from Bisquick. I usually fix that when I forget to defrost anything else. I always have the shredded cheese, ground beef, eggs and Bisquick on hand.

Eggs in a cream crepe with onions, fontina cheese, garlic and green tomatillo sauce on top. I love to make eggs for dinner either in an omelette or crepe form with lots of stuffings and toppings.

I'm fixing spaghetti and meatballs tonight. I love to cook, but my favorites are anything that can be prepared in one dish, like casseroles.
