I propose recording the language and intensity of the pleas and cries of theists for thier "savior", "god", "holy person", etc.
and recording the pleas of junkies looking for a fix from thier dealer.
my belief is that you will find them to be very similar.

That sounds like too much work, but it'd be cool to read about the results.

I gave it a buzz and see what happens to the knees that bend with a whack of a sledge hammer to the back of the knee when the rapture is a coming around the mountain top.

The fervor with which some people believe in that which is absolutely unbelievable is totally and completely terrifying.
Kinda makes you wonder how they'd react if a law were passed making it legal to kill nonbelievers...
The "Pack Mentality" would be strong with them....

I'll pass on the participation (why waste time on believers), but I'd be interested in the results. Happy hunting!

"Everyones. Some willingly and others bound and forced. Those who have bowed down to Him in this life will surely bow down when He comes. Those who have rejected Him will bow down in chains."
Aren't they and their god supposed to be loving? I guess it could be if you're into that kind of kinky stuff. But oh wow.
And the study does sound like alot of work and exams are coming up. :(
Sounds neat though.

A lot of people have replaced addiction to one thing or another with fanatical religious zeal
