If you've washed um good, they'll be fine. I love veggies!! hope you're having some good dip, or ranch dressing!
the recipe on the back of the hidden valley ranch dressing packet is great!
I LOVE CUKES!

It's ok that they're still waxy. The only way to get it off is by using a fruit/vegetable spray wash. You can find them at the grocery store. And you'll need a little scrub brush too.

They're basically no way to make it not waxy except to peel them... If you're stripe peeling them, that should be fine. A little peel is ok :)

Only english cucumbers (the ones in plastic wrap) don't have wax on them.
They do that so they last longer while in transit. Its an edible wax, so it'll do no harm.
Those spray on veggie washes do a good job of removing the wax, if it bugs you... otherwise, they're all like that, so worry not.
Again, if you haven't tried the english cucumbers (waxless and wrapped in plastic) they're really quite good!

yeah wax is inedible in small amounts, no worries :)
There is a veggie wash out there but I don't think its a wax remover.
