fafsa, you can get a pell grant, I'm 17 and I'm on college, i got a pell grant, if you are applying for fall 2008 do it after the 1 day of january, my parents are supporting me economically and i still got the grant, i was told by people in the financial aid department at my school that until i was 24 i had to put down my parents information

if your parents are still supporting you then I don't think you can get a grant. However, instead of a loan I suggest you take a job as a bagger or cashier at the nearest grocery store and work long hours and go to community college on a pay-as-you-go basis for the first two years and get your AA, then transfer that to a 4-year college (where they will accept your AA) and that way you will have only 2 years to pay back if you get a federal loan (instead of 4) and you will be accepted into a college easier than someone just starting out for the first time. good luck.

Stafford loans, 3500/year for a dependent first year student. Possibly some Pell too. You can fill out a FAFSA here:

You can still file a FAFSA form to see what financial aid you can get from the government. Better do it as soon as you can. The earlier the better.

once you get your grants.. You also are eligible for student loans which dont have to be paid off until you graduate and have a good job......
