Not that Walmart is the best place to print photos, but I'm wondering if any amateur photographers ever have been questioned because their photographs looked so good?

I'm talking about being questioned about copyright pictures, etc.

I have seen some knock down fights at walmart, especially if printing from a CD, as opposed to a cameras memory card.

I watched one clerk get beat for trying to take the photos from a woman that couldnt prove the photos of her family didnt belong to her. From what I saw they were obvious snapshots, of some sort of family get together.

I dont do a lot of printing, but when I do, its at a place where I know the manager. No problems.

It's happened to me a couple of times, I took it as extremely flattering. Anymore, for portraits, I dont' have time to get the stuff printed so I just charge the person a flat fee for the images and give them full printing rights. I've never had someone tell me they couldn't get their stuff printed when they're accompanied by a copyright release.

I needed to knock off a few quick proofs for a mob family photo shoot I did and I emailed them to Walgreen's for pick up. When I got there they had decided the pictures were not mine and destroyed the files....didn't even hold them to confirm when I got there! GRRRR.....

I'm never surprised at anything someone says at Walmart.
