Yes I like to think destiny and karma exist. Karma teaches you to treat others how you wish to be treated, and destiny is a nice thing to believe in, it gives you hope.

Believe is a blind thing, we need to understand clearly what any word really means - so we have to have a proper source.
karma means actions and it can be of different nature - good=karma, bad=vikarma, akarm=no karma, etc.
So, for each action, there is a reaction, that is personal and collective, for example, if a person eats meat, she/he will have to pay for this sin by getting cancer and going to hell for example; a society maintains slaughterhouse and kill thousands/millions animals per year, the society will be force to enter a civil/world war, so to pay for the animals suffering and killings.
The destiny of a person is laid down even before she is born and after born the position of the planets will determine her daily life, but of course, the person has the will and capacity of change her life for better or worse.

I believe in Karma, somewhat.
and Destiny? No. You can change you life, you don't need god to do it for you.

Kinda, yes.
I think we make our plan before we come here. Many of the people and events in our life were preplanned.
Karma is another story. I think we make our own karma by the choices we make here. I hurt someone a long time ago and I have paid for it ever sense.

Yes, both.
I have seen karma at work and come full circle. There are effects from every action...that can not be denied.
Destiny - (ie destination)...the end is known, not the path. It is fixed game - we all return to God eventually.
