I recently moved 100 miles, and one of my best friends (female) came to visit me. We were messing around and I ended up kissing her (I do like her & she has liked me in the past). She after, said that she needed time to think. Then 4 days later, I got a text from her about something random to do with one of our friends. I replied, and she didn't reply. Then about a week later, I sent her an email about what happened before, & that if she wanted to forget about it, just say so. If not, then just say that we will go out for dinner when we got home. That was a week ago, and I haven't heard from her since. Should I just not contact her, and wait for her to contact me, or just send her a message asking how she is?

Seems to me she needs time. Give her the space and time she needs and wait for her to contact you. In between, you can send her a text or an Email reminding her that you're still there whatever she decides. Careful not to seem pushy though.

Wait for her to contact you she could be trying to figure the whole thing out and not no what to do about.

give her at least a week to decompress and let her absorb what just happened in that way,she will be able to think about whats best between the 2 of you

It`s obvious that she didn`t get the thrill out of the kiss that you did. Allow her to respond in her own time, otherwise you come across as pathetic.
