I just watched the trailor any one know out about it and the realease date?

All the other answers will tell you Spring 2008, and soon they will start the Beta Trial just to test it.
All I can say mate is I cannot wait, and when it does come, come find me again to have a game of pool. :D

it looks to be set for release now in spring 08, it seems to be a 'second life' sort of online community. You can meet people from all over the world who have a PS3 and chat, play games like snooker, bowling etc and even mini arcade games just by walking upto them. You can customize your character using items that can be bought (don't know if REAL money is involved) from stores around the world. Each character gets there own house/appartment (not sure) and you can customize that also with pictures of your HDD as posters and things you can download such as chairs tables beds etc. I believe it will also give you acces to PS online shop by just walking into the store and then the menu will appear as normal.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_Home

PS3 Home is scheduled to be released in Spring 2008. It was supposed to come out this fall, but it got delayed.
