I think this TEDDY BEAR MOHAMMAD is not a Muslims.
He is new and have only 5 points. He made up this name for himself after listening the problem a Christian woman have in Sudan for naming a Tedy Bear Mohammad.
If he is really a non-Muslim, he is showing how low he can get to mock Muslims.

I think Spam is made of pig so no it's haraam to eat Spam or anything that has pig ingredients in it or is cooked in pig fat.

My wife is Muslem and no-way would she eat it.Neither would she eat a hamburger.Outside of hallal beef she will eat chicken,fish and shrimp
