The reason I ask this question is that there is a radio talk show, Glenn Beck, that gives one reason he is against the Draft is that he wouldn't trust them to cover his back in battle. this to me is a slam against all draftees that served honorably and gave thier lives in previous wars. I know ww1 Medal of honor recipient Sgt Alvin York was drafted and I'm sure there must be others. I don't care that Glenn Beck oposes the Draft . I just feel this is not a valid reason .

No way to tell. The letters that go with the official papers do not say.

i hate to tell you....there is no draft...hasnt been since vietnam
