This question is not really about the LDS church or Dancing with the Stars but I just had to share. Last night my wife and I watched the finals of Dancing With the Stars. When Celine Dion came on our 21-month-old (no prodding fom Daddy, Scout's Honor) walked over to the TV and turned it off. My wife was POed but I nearly fell off the couch laughing. Atta boy!

I really don't want to make this a controverial question, just a bit of light-hearted humor.

My (Catholic) wife has been a big fan of Donnie and Marie since they were on TV in the 1970's. Something tells me there are lots more like her out there.

Clearly Celine Dion is very popular, she sells lots of CD's and concert tickets. Not my style.

From your lips to God's ears Father!

Westling the remote from my wife would be the manly thing to do, but a happy wife is a happy life.

Your son will obviously grow-up and be a genius. He's already smarter than most people!

Gotta love the innocent response. Celine Dion must be an acquired taste. May I suggest seat belts on your chairs? The 21 month old will have many more escapades, no doubt, to challenge your equilibrium! have a wonderful day!

LOL!!!!!! I don't like Celine either. There have been a few good songs from her, but she is just annoying. Sorry to those who like her. I don't watch dancing with the stars, so I haven't followed what is going on. The only thing I saw was on the news about Marie fainting on stage. That's it.

Pssst... I'm LDS, so maybe I'm just not the normal LDS person! ;)

Due to the nature of conspiracy theories and the people who support/create them, there will be a new one that surfaces either today or tomorrow...

There's nothing wrong with Celine Dione.........she has a fantastic voice.

And yes........the entire state of Utah kept Marie in the contest longer than she should have stayed

Former LDS here. Just happened by and caught your 'Q'. As long as there is controversey it can never be put to rest in ANY denomination. I recall learning in 'bluebirds' that Our church was the ONLY true church of God. When I was a child of LDS, I believed as an LDS child. Now, I am a child of GOD and believe as a child of God. I have no need for controversey in that. It works for ME. I work for HIM.
