There is a condition know as Raybaud's Syndrome that causes the hands and feet to feel cold. I don't believe there is currently a cure but you should get it checked out. About 10% of the population are suffers.

I have the same problem. You just have smaller veins or less blood flow to your hands (feet too for me!). The doctor told me that you can't really cure it but there are some things you can do to help. I was really young at the time so all I really remember is to limit caffeine

If your hands are always cold it could be a sign of bad circulation.
Others say cold hands means warm heart - I prefer this one

This is circulation problems and can be indicative of some possible artery blockage. Probably not a big concern but have it checked out just to be sure.

could be anemia, or poor iron levels. bad circulation. talk to the doc.

u have poor circulation go to your dr i had the same problem and he was able to help out
