Provisional Licence!?

i Have Just Had My School Photos Back And i Have a Passport Size Photo (it has a light blue backround), Could i Use One For My Photo For My Provisional Licence??

Not likely. Most licenses have a "halo" inserted to prevent fraud. The machine that processes the license adds this to the photo they take.
