Yes you can, but you wouldn't make a lot of money. Most physicians from the United States who travel to other countries do so as volunteers.

I don't know how much you'd make at first, but i believe you can get credits off of your student loan balance for working in such a Field.

That depends, which do you want to do more? Help people, or make money? If you want to make money stay in the US, if you want to help people, stay in the US and help the poor for little or nothing.

yes you can and you dont make squat, nothing to write home about, it is about helping people, I imagine they feed you but barely, expose yourself to all kinds of diseases and such,,
if they paid alot more doctors would do it, Canadian doctors are bailing outta Canada to get into USA to make tons of money,
