Why are you in denial that the debt was created by spending more than we take in,and that 70% of the current debt was created under just three Republican Presidents: Reagan, Bush1, Bush2.
Today it is 9 trllion. 4 trllion under Bush2 alone, Another 3 trillion under Reagan and Bush1.
What created the national debt more than any thing else was.
Reagan's Miltiary build up and tax cuts
Continued under Bush1
Bush2's war and additional tax cuts.

Under that Liberal Clinton, gas was .89 a gallon (.69 in S.C.),
the economy was rippin' and we had a SURPLUS of money in the national coffers.
Under the wonderful Conservative administration we have now (Bush), gas is $3.16 a gallon ($3.06 in S.C.), the economy is staggering along with 200 and 300 bumps and drops in the Dow (and the housing market has collapsed) and the Surplus is now a DEFECIT.

Yes, they like to deny it and blame it on the GOP. Isnt it ironic that the debt will be higher with each President no matter what party? (Because of the Interest) Yet they are so fast to point out that it is a GOP problem and scourge. Those lefties sure want it both ways, dont they? And when they create a Monster, they dont want the credit for doing it! The Chicken **** SOBs!!!

Because that is how the Liberal Democrats get elected by promising people all kinds of free goodies. What most of these stupid people don't realize is that the "goodies" are just a campaign promise to get elected and they won't qualify for the program.
