The quote can be found in the 1997 book, "One Team One Dream: The Story of the Greatest Team in History," a fact-based account of the 1997 Virginia baseball champion William Byrd Terriers by Chris Manning.

The author writes that after the captains were elected he gave a pep talk and concluded, "This group of individuals is going to come together as one team...." his words were followed by...

"(second baseman) Randall Sell chimed in. 'With one dream One team, One dream.' It was like magic."

Later during the run to Super Bowl XXXIX (February 6, 2005), the Eagles adopted the theme "One City, One Team, One Dream," according to "The Eagles Encyclopedia" by Ray Didinger, Robert Lyons.
