hi i ordered this yesterday to be delivered today special delivery i paid 5 quid for it to be delovered today i dont think its arrived should i not be able to get my money back.
it says on my email sent to me today it should be delivered 2-5 days but yet when i ordered it and selected special next day delivery it said it should get there the next day - this is unfair if i had left it normal delivery it said 2-5 days.

i did order it b4 4pm and paid £5.00 where would i claim hmv head office??.
its definately not got there 2day cos it was for my dads birthday :0( and he didnt get it.

Special delivery is signed for delivery before 1pm the following day. Providing you ordered yesterday in time for it to be sent out special delivery (usually before 4pm) and paid for the extra service then you should be able to reclaim the extra charge for special delivery on the item xx

You should be able to get your money back, if they don't deliver on time how can they question it. All you have to do is call them.
