what exact time do they lit Rockfeller center tree on the lighitng ceremony day between 7pm to 9pm?

I want to make a reservation for dinner after seeing the tree gets lit, but not sure when.

It was done this morning after 8 am and shown on Good Morning America. I was disappointed to hear Diane Sawyer continually call it the "holiday" tree. She then made a reference to the start of the "holiday season". So, what holiday would that be, Diane? That's a thumb down !!.
