Hi, my kids go to an in-home day care. There is a main care giver (it's her home) and she employs a full time helper. So both ladies are with the kids full time. Should I give them the same gift, or add something extra for the main lady?

i called my sister and asked her what she gets (she does in home day care) in the past she has recieved: starbucks or tim hortons coffee, bath stuff, coffee mugs and chocolate. her employee usually gets a downscaled version of the gift she gets. so if she gets 50 bucks in starbucks gift cards the worker gets 20. buy a nice card too.

it depends on how much you are willing to spend why not give an equal gift one is the owner yes but i'm pretty sure the assistant carries just as much duties maybe even more most of the time they hire assistants cause they don't want to do so much so why not let them know at least you think they do equal work. Check out this website you should be able to find something very nice for the both of them.

I WOULD GIVE THE PRIMARY CARE GIVER SOMETHING MORE SPECIAL AND THE ASSISTANT A SMALLER TRINKET..... YOU ARE ACTUALLY PAYING THE PRIMARY CARE GIVER....
