Find a Catholic or Orthodox church--you can usually find one of these even in countries where Christians are persecuted. If you find one, you will find people there who have figured out how to be Christians in your country.
If you can't find one, then what you can do (and what you ought to do anyway) is pray to God and thank Him for revealing Himself to you. You obviously have some sources of Christian writings, and contact with folks online: Take advantage of these to learn everything you can; live like Jesus would want you to; and when you mess up, ask Him to forgive you. That's really all you need to do. If you desire to be a Christian, that means that God has already done His part.
EDIT: I have some additional help for you.
1. Follow this link: http://www.catholic-hierarchy.org/country/
2. Pick your country; or if it is not listed, pick the country that is most accessible or has the closest ties to yours.
3. On that country's page, under the "Dioceses" heading, pick the "Current Only" link. This will give you a list of dioceses, which are the offices of a bishop.
4. Pick a diocese. Its page will contain contact information.
5. Contact the diocese and explain that you need help finding Christians in your area. If you live in a country where being a Christian is dangerous, you may have to convince them that you're legitimate; but be persistent, and you will get help.

Hi, I am in Muslim country also, I am converted to Christianity since i was 13 years old, I visited church several times, I am not baptized yet. My family knows that i am converted, I donnot tell this to my neighbour or relatives, i tell them that i am studying religions. It will be great to talk with you.. I use to have Christian friends, but i was unable to visit them, it made me look suspicious for muslims. I donnot have any friend, but a close friend much like mother, who is in Western country. I was converted on my own decission and thoughts.

Ir depends on what the reason is that you must leave. You should stand up and face persecution, and God will bless you for doing so. If it is His will to find you a way out of that country, He will provide for you. If it is not, you must stay in your country and be an example to those who wish to hide their love for Jesus inside their hearts.

If you made this great decision, you need to move out of that country. The bible says when God comes back we will go to where He is. It is worth it, I know by experience

To be saved and go to heaven and not be sent to eternal hell, believe that Jesus, who is God, died for your sins on the cross and rose again.
Pray that the Lord Jesus help you in your country.

Does your country have a US or UK embassy? If so, you might be able to contact them for a visa.
I wish you luck!
