Try to concentrate on the pleasurable things in life
I know we all have up's and down's in life. But try to get the most out of life that you can.Strive to see the glass as half full and not half empty. If you need help through a Christian counselor that can be quite helpful. I was a Christian counselor. I know it works.

Without meaning to be trite, because you see it as hard.

I suggest that there will be people out there whose lives are far more 'difficult' than yours who do not consider themselves hard done by.

How about looking at the things you're unhappy with and seeing if you cant make some changes? I also find that appreciating the things we do have can make a positive difference. Just the little things like having hot water to wash in, enjoying a nice cup of coffee, being able to afford an internet connection. A sunny day, friends or family to talk to. Don't take these things for granted.

And finally, remember nothing is permanent. Where you find yourself today won't be the same in a year. Possibly in a week or even tomorrow. So change what you can, accept the rest and just see if it doesn't make a difference.

Peace.

Life is only hard so long as you think of it as hard.

When you have expectations and things don't work out the way you planned or hope, then it seems like life is a struggle.

When you go with the flow, look at every occurrence as an opportunity for you to grow and learn, and try to find enjoyment in life, then it becomes easy.

Same life, different attitude.

Midnight calls this thinking a "Pollyanna" attitude - pretending that life isn't hard when it is. I disagree because I've been miserable, and I can tell you that life is better when you are happy. And happiness comes from not having rigid expectations which lead to disappointment, but rather accepting whatever life throws your way.

I don't know why life is so hard, but I agree with you it is hard.

It's true that you may have money, but then you may not health.

It's true that you may have friends, but you have no family.

It's true that you may have a job, but it's not a job that is fulfilling.

Well, you get the idea.

I don't believe in this Pollyanna stuff about that you make it hard or go with the flow.

I think try to accept that life is hard and then do your best to cope with it. Also try to remember the things in your life that make you happy, that are good for you. So life is not all black and white - there is grey and all the other colors in the rainbow.

I give you my sympathy and empathy.

It is in darkness that light is appreciated. Trials make us strong. Take this quote by the half-breed Gabriel from the movie Constantine: "It is in the face of horror that you find your noblest self."

Maybe that's why life is so hard -- because if it weren't, we'd be zombies, and there would be nothing to differentiate one from another, because everyone is in the same level of strength. Wouldn't you appreciate beautiful music more after you've spent a day listening to angry customers than if you were listening to it the whole day? Wouldn't a painting or a beautiful woman look even more visually appealing if you've been looking at mediocre things all the time before you saw it? We appreciate happiness more after we've gone through pain -- after we've been sad, joy is more overwhelming, more beautiful, more precious.

That's why life is hard. So we can learn to live with it with glory.

It's because nothing's perfect. If God is giving you problems that makes your life that hard, it maybe because He knows that you can do and survive from all of the problems that comes your way. He will not make your life that hard if only you're helping yourself and believe you can make it.Dream,Believe,Survive!

Life is what it is. Acceptance of that fact makes it easier. Look for the good things in your life and you might be surprised how many you find, but the main thing is to go with the flow. 'To offer no resistance to life is to live in a state of grace'

For me life is not that hard.It is just a training ground for us to become like God, it is a test of faith if we are the same obedient when we were still living in the presence of God. Live life with Jesus Christ as the center of everything, and everything will be in good hands.
