the entry in mybirth certificate it is correct. And in allmy papers my name is complete as it is in the birth certificate. The only problem is the placement of lll.In DFA they said that here in our country we usually placed lll after the name coz its the additional of our name and not for our surname.
But in USA they placed the additional of the name after the surname coz its the way how its written in the birth certificate.
So in filling up forms in the embassy which should i have to follow in my passport or the papers that being approved by the USCIS?

The III added to a name is negligible as long as the other data especially the name could be justified.
