Should I bring something i.e. a cake, or donuts, or something else in the afternoon from the bakery? I don´t have time to cook something since I meet her in an hour?

Breeze by a bakery and get some small pastries . If she already has some then insist she save them for the kids or for her husband.... or drop by one of those corner flower shops and get a bunch of daises.

Yes, because she has invited you to her house, which is a warm, welcoming gesture. Flowers would do fine if you don't have time to buy a cake, but those pastry cases filled with various fruits are always popular - I speak from experience.

just bring her some flowers or how about one of those poinsettias? Because I'm sure if she invited you for coffee that means she's gonna have cake with it, too. In Germany it does at least. So no need for you to bring any.

definitely bring something, some cookies or something to go with the coffee, coffee cake is always good!!!! but not anything heavy as you said it is the afternoon so you dont want to spoil dinner.
also, i would never go to someones house empty handed.

No, having coffee with someone is pretty generic. If it's just one-on-one, just go and enjoy! If it's a group of people invited for coffee, then write a little note of thanks afterwards and pop it in the mail.
