Ok here is the scenario`s

1) he looks at you more then 2 seconds after both of you lock eyes, its a natural way of staring down ppl, its a signal of ``im looking at you``

2) He will look at you directly infront of you knowing very well you can notice what he is doing

3) The smile which looks a little forced, with that stare

4) Will try to invade your private space radius, given the chance and sometimes even if there is a lot of space around

5) Tell about your intimate beauty before your appearance, such as your smell, smell is something intimate and if someone is complimenting you on that then most likely they like you physically, its subconscience mind and they dont realise that

6) allways try to stand facing you instead of being on the side,its again natural, its just a way to advertise how they look and in a way forcing you to look at their``goods`` or physical attributes

7) very opinionated with you, and very queit if you were to give an opinion in a group, this is also another trademark of human language, its letting go of control so that they regain it elsewhere, such as you noticing him do that, both you or him wont notice this because again its subconscience

8) Looks very animated around you, and if you happen to catch him without him knowing they you will notice this

9) Tries not to reveal too much of his private life until you ``hint`` it to him

10) Never fails to look at your place if he happens to pass by

Ok here is the thing, all of this are actually human nature, but understand one thing,human beings are diffrient from ppl to ppl, You can put all of this in your head but never never assume that it is 100% correct, the reason is because nothing is exact in life and assuming something only makes an @ss out of you.
