he's 29-no kids never married. i am 28 with 3 little girls (ages 8,6,and 5) that i have part-time. we've had a few issues in the past-i was diagnosed with PMDD but now on meds and seeing a counselor-things are good.
we don't live together but i spend almost all of my time at his house (we both work nites Sun-Tues 7p-7a) and the kids just started spending the nite with me at his house on weekends.
we've discussed living together by Feb when my apt lease is up and marriage in future. his sisters and parents treat me like family (his oldest sister's kids call me aunt) and we're all very close.
he goes to all of my kids' events (cheer class,school events,etc) and helps me pick the kids up from school.
he's dropped proposal hints in the past but hasn't in about 6 months. should i expect something in the near future or wait it out another year since things seem to be moving along ok?

I say push the panic button but let's wait til after the holidays and maybe even til Valentine's day.if nothing by then don't give up propose to him.

If it has not come up by Christmas, bring the subject up, and do not move in with him until her makes that commitment. You will tear your children's hearts out, if he moves in then you have to leave him because he does not commit.
Besides, three years is long enough to know how you feel about a person.
I waited 12, and he kept saying that eventually we were going to get married. I finally had to leave him, and start over. He wasted 12 years of my life!!!! I can't ever get those young years back!!!
