Once Krishna would be talking to Pandavas after mahabharath war. Suddenly he stops talking. Slowly they hear the horse running. By the time Pandavas see Krishna geting disturbed.

Finally they see a black man, on a black horse moves past them.

Arjuna asks Krishna .. who is this person .. why did you get disturbed.

Krishna says he is Kali who is going to start the Kaliyuga. He is responsible for Kaliyuga.

Arjuna says "So what, why you should be disturbed. I have never seen you like this"

Krishna says "Arjuna thank that you are not born in Kaliyuga as it is full of Adharma / injustice. People will not have time to think of god. They cannot do religious rituals. It is such a tough yuga.

Arjuna says "Then how can someone reach you, what they should do"

Krishna says "in this yuga if someone shows devotion towards me and just keep repeating my name, he will reach salvation".

The yoga which deals with Devotion is Bakthi yoga.

Without Bakthi / devotion all other yogas are not useful. So the essense of all the yoga is Bakthi.

ANSWER : BAKTHI YOGA is the most suitable one

However.... with Japa yoga (reciting the gods name) and Laya yoga (naada yoga), singing songs on god with Bakthi / devotion would help you reach him.

If you could include all yogas, it would be like taking a supersonic jet plane.

The form one is suited to practice. As Krishna says in the Gita (paraphrase) "it is better to remain in one's own dharma, even if it has less merit. The dharma of another brings danger." Besides, certain types of practice are meaningless until certain levels of realization are achieved. For instance, Bhakti is not possible until one has realized Atman, since there is no clear identity before this to be devoted to anything. So bhakti is a stage of development, not a path as such.
Another important related point here is to rememeber that the different Yogas are not separate paths, they are emphasized differently in each individual path. A karma yogi still aquires knowledge (gyana), and a Gyani still acts.

Gyan for the masses from you so they could learn and follow which is best
Karma Yoga for you where you can do the work without anticipation of the result and give 100% into it.
Bhakti will be there in subtle manner in both the above yogas

Sri chaitanya MahAprabhu instructed one of his chief disciples (Saanatana Goswaami) that naama sankeerthanam is the most important one to release the jivA from the bonds of SamsArA. His view is based on Sukha Brahmam's own explanation to king Parikshith that the recitation of the KrishNa mahA mantram is the sure deliverer of a samsAri from his bonds in this peculiar age of Kali:

kalEr dosha-nidhE Raajan asthi hyEkhO mahAn gunA : I
keerthanAdhEva KrishNasya mukthasanga: param vrajEth II

(Meaning) : My Dear King Parikshith ! Although the Kali Yuga is loaded with all types of blemishes , yet , there is one good quality about it . It is that the simple chanting of the NahA manthram of Sri KrishNA can make one free from the bonds of SamsArA and elevate them to the transcendental kingdom of Sri Vaikuntam.

First we need to understand (Gyan Yoga), then implement (Karam Yoga), which will lead to unity (Bhakti Yoga). All following three types of Yoga get culminated in Raj Yoga -

1. Action (Karma) Yoga : Do duty (which is worth doing) for Cosmic Consciousness (sacrifice), without becoming a doer and enjoyer, which is known as non-action in action.

2. Wisdom (Gyan) Yoga : Dispel the darkness of ignorance by light of wisdom and realize Cosmic Consciousness.

3. Surrender (Bhakti) Yoga : When total unconditional surrender (not devotion, but unity) happens and one looses his own existence to the Cosmic Consciousness. In Bhakti, we need to remember Him always, as a mother always thinks about her child, irrespectively what she is doing.

Note : Bhakti Yoga has been emphasized in Kaliyuga.

Shav Asan, I do not know the category of Yoga that this asan comes into, but today's need is destress as there is too much pollution, noise pollution too. The distances for work place, studies etc. r too long and cause too much stress. So destressing is the need of the hour. I would call it Dhyan Yoga is most suitable.

Sleep is heavy upon us. Embrace Kali, let her Motherly ways take us into enlightenment. Welcome her dancing body, move in close and feel her breath, let her arms and legs so full of power raise us from sleep. Give up all hope of the future. Her touch is sharp and violent at first but will take us home. Kali destroyer of the Gods loves her children dearly. Energy, wild, uninhibited, pure madness to the world but now we are no longer of the world but the sons and daughters of enlightenment.

Bhaktiyoga-devotional service. In this age of Kaliyuga, the continual chanting of Lord Krishna's name is most appropriate. I have a friend that attends ISKCON Temples and they teach this often.
