without the name or gender.. so referring to someone in third person like u would using he and she except without including a gender. so it could be either male or female. i was looking for a casual way of saying it. not anything formal.

That's what's so wonderful about English as a language! Vagueness can be useful. (In languages where everything is masculine or feminine it is often apparent who or what you are speaking of because there is no "they".)

"See that person in line, with the hat? They stole it. I friggin' watched them do it!"

You say their name for instance
Tom Is talking to Joe

Tom asks "And hows is Joe feeling today"

Joe responds , "Acked Joe's No Feeling too bad, himself"

does that help
Talking in the third person like this is common in many areas of Scotland, Especially the Highland & Islands. It used to confuse some visiters

They can refer to a single subject or multiple subjects.

Ex: Sally went to the store.
They went to the store. They bought a soda.

Or (if you don't want to use their name for whatever reason) , I know someone who's going to that party, they will make sure it's really good fun.

You switch to Hungarian. In Hungarian, you CAN'T say "he" or "she" because the pronouns are all gender neutral ;)
