We want to marry here, in America, he has a multiple entry visa, and we will not be living here, after we get married here, I will move to Turkey. Does he need anything translated, such as his turkish ID and social security card, before we can marry? Or can he just come and we apply and get married?
I do not think there should be much of a hassle, since he will not be wanting immiration. I cannot find anything about his on the net, but for those who plan to marry Americans, and immigrate. Any help, would really help!

Sorry for the spelling of immigration, it's not a word I type often.

This will not be a problem. Look up on the internet the marriage laws for your state (a simple Google search will provide you with the relevant link). There you will find what identification documents you both need to obtain a marriage license and any other requirements for actually getting married in your State.

The only two problems I can actually see stems from which visa he is entering the U.S. with and the period of his authorized stay in the United States - i.e the date on his I-94. Just make sure that he does not overstay and he remains in-status of his visa conditions and there shouldn't be a problem.

The second problem is have you researched the necessary documentation to actually move to Turkey as the his spouse? If not then you need to be looking into that before you get married so you know what lies ahead.

Edit:
The following link will be a good place to start on researching the latter:

Marry in USA and go to Turkey. There is no conflict and no citizenship to be changed.
