Can someone give me a really good crash diet. I want to look awsome this summer in my bikini. I know it's bad but I really want to look good any thing? I am just on fruit and water at the moment. Also whats some good sidetracking ways to get rid of the cravings.


Pleas Help!!!!!!!!!

I live in australia and it's already summer. I have two weeks to lose as much as I can.

I hate to tell you... If you're just on fruit and water, the minute you eat a piece of bread, you're going to blow up like a balloon - to a size even bigger than what you were before you started this fruit & water thing. It's your body's defense mechanism against starving: if you deprive yourself of food, it starts taking MUCH slower to digest the food you ARE eating, taking every possible calorie from that food, and storing it as fat.

If you've noticed a recent drop in your weight, again I hate to be the one to tell you, but that's pure muscle you're losing. Because muscle has a higher density than fat, it's the first thing your body starts "feeding" off of when you're starving yourself. Have you seen the bellies on starved children? That's where you're headed if you keep this up. Even worse, you might be thin, but you'll look terrible. Because you're not eating any protein, your hair will lose all shine and your nails will start to break. You might find yourself without energy and dark circles around your eyes might not go away.

I would recommend you join a gym (after all, the summer is a long time away) and try a balanced diet for a while. Good luck, anyways.

if you do a crash diet like that now its possible you will gain it back before summer. so that wouldnt be good. because when you do a crash it is soooo out of what you would normally eat and then when you are done the cravings for food is something extreme. its a fact that you have to have a well balanced diet to lose weight because eating will help your weightloss. i found a program that you may want to look at but first read some testimonials.

crash diets only result in the loss of water weight. the body does not readily go from a state of fat storage to that of accelerated fat loss. crash diets do nothing except slow the metabolism making weight gain easier once you regain normal eating patterns. crash diets are the best way to get fatter

you need protein...fruit and water is not enough. you have months until the summer get off your butt and join a gym, eat right its not that difficult, you just have to be into it and stick to it.

ummmm;yeah crash diets SUCK<---WTF? you have MONTHS before summer.get your a$s outside and jog!!!PS,YOU CANT LIVE ON FRUIT & WATER!!!
