So ok not to be cocky or anything but I'm used to girls coming on to me. And all the girls I've liked have always been talking to me and stuff. But now I like this girl in my English 10 class and shes kind of quiet and shy. She's really cute and I love her personality. I don't know that from experience but I've seen how she is. I don't know how to approach her since I'm not used to being the one making the first move so what should I do? I Forgot to add that I did try a couple of things to talk to her. First time I had a shocking pen and I tried to get her with it but she didn't fall for it. The second time I ask to see her homework from English and she let me but she didn't say much. And today I asked her did she know my name after I gave the homework back to her and she said no so I told her my name. And what should i do tomorrow when i see her?

sometimes it really takes a while for a shy person to come out of her shell...just continue being nice and friendly to her...once she has adapted to your presence and feels comfortable with you, she will start talking to you...you can also try to be extra nice to her...you know treat her better than you would the other girls in your class...she will notice that you have singled her out...chances are, if she likes you (but is too shy to say so), she will pay more attention to you...good luck...

Just be yourself, and calm down. She doesn't seem like the type of girl to fall for "antics" so stop trying them. Talk to her about what she likes to do, keep the topics about her unless you are agreeing with something because you know a little about it. Be nice, and don't act desperate. Women can sense desperation quickly.

I believe you should just go for it, simply ask her out.... life is too shorthere is no need for contemplating, if she catches your eye and you like her, and deinately if she got you up at 2am asking what to do, tomorrow when you see her or the next day give her a single rose with a card attacted with your number giving her specific details on a simple yet hot date... dinner, or even make dinner for her and once you give her the rose with the card simply kiss her on her cheek and walk away

just tell her "hi" and itll become an everyday thing.
dont chicken out, girls can feel that. well, i can. lol.
just have confidence. its sexy in a guy. and just tell her hi and after a few weeks start asking her how her weekend was or something.
youll get closer together and hopefully she wont be so shy around you. if she still is, she probably likes you.
after a couple weeks, ask her out to a movie or something.

try talking to her about something simple, like a class assignment. Just keep trying, find something you both like and talk about it. The most important thing is to take it slow so you don't scare her off. Best of Luck!

Well go up and just talk to her. Do you know her name? If not ask her. Ask her stuff about herself. Is she new to your school? If so ask about where she used to live. Build up a friendship and then ask her to a dance or to the movies.

talk to her about something relevant? i think its cute what you are doing though, maybe talk about something going on in your school. try to get her to open up a little about herself so you can find out more about her and know what she likes so you have things to talk about. don't give up because shes shy. good luck :]

Just keep making conversation with her until you think that she is comfortable with you. It should not take long at all. Then ask her to go out somewhere with you.
