Ok, first get her to the hospital then call your local child protection service and report yourself. Shame on you for leaving it that long and then asking what to do on here instead of seeking immediate medical advice/attention.

How can I tell if my preschooler has a concussion?
Look for any of these symptoms after a trauma to the head:
• loss of consciousness
• headache
• dizziness
• confusion
• nausea
• vomiting
• irritability
• drainage, clear or bloody, from his nose, mouth, or ears
When should I call 911?
If your preschooler hits his head and starts breathing irregularly, has convulsions, or is unconscious more than a few minutes, call for immediate help. Don't move him unless he's in danger of being hurt further. Perform CPR if he isn't breathing, and if he's bleeding, cover the wound with a clean cloth and apply pressure.
When should I call the doctor?
It's common for children to hit their head when they fall, and in most cases there's nothing to worry about. If your preschooler loses consciousness, though, have him checked out by his doctor or by the doctor at the emergency room.
Sometimes, even with a minor blow, the brain can be injured. Also take your child to see a doctor right away if he hit his head and in the next day or two he:
• Has a lingering headache, lightheadedness, or vomiting. It's okay to have a headache that's relieved by acetaminophen or a bout of vomiting after a fall. But neither should persist.
• Seems unusually sleepy during the day or can't be awakened at night. Try waking your child a couple of times the first night after his fall, just to make sure you can.
• Has any problems with his coordination, mental ability, or strength — like weakness in his arms or legs, slurred speech, confusion, or impaired vision

If it was me I would call the dr's office and talk to their night hotline. That sounds like it could be a symptom of a concussion and should be monitored by an emergency staff. Concussions can cause a person to slip into a coma and during the coma massive brain damage can occur. It is NOT normal to throw up after receiving a head injury. Please seek medical advice! This is SERIOUS!!
the link below says this:
A hematoma is bleeding in the brain that collects and clots, forming a bump. A hematoma may not be apparent for a day or even as long as several weeks. So it's important to tell your doctor if someone with a head injury feels or acts oddly. Watch out for headaches, listlessness, balance problems or throwing up.

RE: My daughter fell and hit the back of her head on the floor? She was right behind me and I didnt know until I knocked her down. She fell flat on her back and her head made a loud thud. She is only 1 and a half so she cant really tell me if she has pain or anything. I am too scared to let her sleep. So what are some signs of concussions in toddlers and when...

This is NOT normal or OKAY
Go to the ER immediately!!! Probably has concussion, which can be serious - even fatal, are her pupils dilated when you shine a light into them?? Whenever you have a medical question - whether about a human or other animal species - you ALWAYS need to see a doctor, something IS wrong and a life is at stake!!!
If money or insurance is a problem, remember a county hospital HAS to take you regardless.

That is a sign of a concussion and she needs to have an MRI of her brain done right away. Take her to an ER tonight if you get this. Vomiting after a head injury is classic concussion.

she sounds like she is stressed from the fall. I would take her to the doctor/ER ASAP to make sure there is no internal injuries.
Better to be safe than sorry.
