Email her if you can and ask if she's available. Tell her about yourself and why you're a suitable person for her, and also what attracts you about her. If you can't email her, wait for her to ask questions and respond to them and ask her that way. Be warned, however, not everyone looks like their avatar!

The girls and boys in Yahoo Answers are all nice and good, they are human like all of us, they are lovable and they deserve to be loved. So I think there is no obstacles if you want to express your feeling to that some one you have crush.
But I don't think it would be advisable to use the Yahoo Answer as the medium of expressing your personal intention. Maybe it would be right and proper if you could have the way to ask some information from the Yahoo Answers personnel about the personal information of that someone, if that would be possible, and it won't violate the protocol of Yahoo Answers.
Just an opinion.

whats woo? anyway find a way to e-mail her , asked her fans or friends and contacts about her number and address...and go beyond the limits do everything that would make her surprise or happy

u can send her an email, nice one
but do not start it all at once, u should begin in the hi's and stuff like that, or "i like ur answer i think u are nice..."
u know, then it will come up by its own (( i maen the chit-chat))

I don tknow how that could happen, but whatever. Try to get her email from her profile. if its not there check her questions and answer it... but leave your email and ask to talk to them.
