Okay i got a prescription today from my doctor ..i got robotussin with codine in it ! And when i picked it up at the cvs pharmacy ...it came in like a red clear bottle ...Its not like a regular prescription pill bottel or anything like that ...its kinda weird ..and the directions are just sticked on ! Please help ..what do you think ? thanks !

is it a liquid? cuase I believe that is how robotussin w/codine would come a friend of mine was perscribed that and it came as a liquid. you could always look it up, if it is a pill the numbers and the shape of the pill.

Robitussin is also available over the counter - its a red liquid. The printed label is a pharmacy label. don't worry - all items are double checked by two members of staff before they are issued, but the pharmacy telephone number will be on the printed label - call them if you still feel worried.

It sounds right. I had that medicine many times and that is how I got it. It has codeine in the liquid so be careful and use only as directed.

Codeine always comes in a bottle like that. It's in liquid form if it is made in a cough syrup form. Like when they mix it with robitussin.
