I was on the bus today and my lunch bag fell on the floor under the seat and when the bus stopped the girl in front of me got out of her seat so I went to get my lunch out from under where she was sitting and she came back and accused me of sniffing her bus seat and started screaming , now the bus driver said I have to walk to school...

It probably would have helped if you'd have made a statement right then that that was not what you were doing. It seems that you'll need to go to the bus driver and explain that you were simply trying to reach something you'd dropped.
If the bus driver is a female, apologize profusely. If it's a male, maybe try and put the girl that accused you in a worse light then you? play on the whole "crazy female" stereotype.

Aren't there different bus drivers every day? Just try to get on the bus again tomorrow. If this doesn't work report the incident to the school and request an administrative hearing if they really have taken away your right to ride the bus.

Thats right out of a sitcom. Umm I'd suggest talking to the bus driver's supervisor and explaining the incident. Make a fuss about it and things should work out for you.

You have a weird bus driver. Once the girl is gone, why should she care if you sniff her seat or not? I'd go to the principal and complain.

Wow i cant believe they misinterpret the situation.. What kin of minds do they have to jump to conclusions Like that!!!!! I think you should try to explain what really happened to the girl and to the bus driver...And if they don't wanna hear it well just move on..Don't feel bad or anything like that cuz you didn't plan it or try to make it look like what they say on purpose.. IT WAS JUST A LITTLE MISUNDERSTANDING... Just the hell with it...

tell the truth? ask bus driver if you can ride the bus if you set far away from her. ask the bus driver if there is any way you can earn you bus privlages back
