I weigh 173 andwant to get down to 133 or less by january. I have tried diets but nothing helps. I even excersize a lot. What are some ways to loose alot of weight by then?????

We are getting closer to December which gives you a solid 30 days to lose weight. Unfortunately many professionals state a that you can only lose any where between 1-3 pounds of fat safely a week. So given that, this means you could either lose; 4 pounds in 4 weeks, 8 pounds in 4 weeks, or 12 pounds in 4 weeks. This all depends on the approach you take. Losing this range of weight will ensure a safe weight loss and prevent your body from breaking down muscle tissue which is very important to burning fat. Your goal is 40 pounds by January, but that wouldn't be accomplished if you lost 4, 8, or 12 pounds of fat. The thing is there are methods to losing weight fast, but the are usually the loss of water weight and fecal matter. Matter in our intestines that can weight anywhere between 3-15 pounds on average. If you really want to lose this weight fast I suggest you go for colon cleanses (like one every other day until January which would be 15 colonics), and you start drinking organic dandelion root tea. The tea acts as a diuretic which helps get rid of excess water weight. The colon cleanse can help you lose the weight of the intestinal matter. And if you know how to eat clean you can achieve a weight loss of 10-20 pounds and even up to 30.

Overall Summary ;
-Start to include a bit of resistance training a few times a week
-Drink Dandelion Tea daily (apx 4 cups a day)
-Drink Green Tea daily (apx 4 cups up to 6 cups a day)
-Go for a one hour walk every day
-Drink lemon water immediately upon waking. (a full lemon)
The lemon will tighten your skin and give you a leaner appearance
-Go for 15 colonics, every other day. if you cant get on a high dose of fiber, any where between 25-45grmas a day and even more if you can handle it
-drink apx 2 liters of water everyday.
-Make sure you are eating clean. The definition of clean eating is consuming; lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, veggies, some fruits, etc. This is a huge topic on its own...

By January 1st? 40lbs is alot to ask of yourself in that short of a time frame but here are some suggestions:
drink half your body weight in ounces
salt--no more than 500mg per serving at one time
no sodas
no flavored water or carbonated, distilled is best
have you done a cleanse yet or have you fasted?
if not do at least a 3 day fasting, you can drink your food just not eat any solid food and google it to find the one for you. and find a good colon cleanse, they will help pull out any toxins which may lower your weight, remember muscle weighs heavier than fat so you may all ready look smaller than what you weigh.
make sure you are eating healthy nutritious foods at least 5 times a day (small ones)
and i found a diet that i liked that you can look up information on it below.

you wont be able to find an answer because there isnt one that will help you lose that much weight in a short amount of time.

1. Don't drink any alcohol.
2. Don't eat after dark.
3. Don't eat anything bigger than your hand at any sitting.
4. Cut out mindless calories.
I lost 20 pounds in one month doing this. (Needless to say, some of those pounds revisited me when I started having some margaritas and chips when I went on holiday. I looked good in the pics though.)

there are ways to reduce. But be sure of reduction of weight. Then know ur diet plans and drink as much of water as u can. This will automatically reduce weight. No doubt. For reference refer the website here.

At this point in time 40 pounds is impossible I suggest settng a reasonable goal for yourself.

Can't be done safely. You can lose a max of two pounds a week. Instead of an unrealistic goal, go to www.weightwatchers.com and learn how to lose weight safely.

take fitrum, it is the best way to burn fats, with some exercise too.
