First of all, I want to Thank each and every Veteran out there, from the bottom of my heart...
I was asked by someone to write a piece on what Veteran's Day meant to me..I never wrote the piece, as all I could do was cry..I come from a huge military family and my twin brother is in the Army as well as other family members..
My father was a Vet. and so many in my family before him went to war...All I could think of, was instead of writing what it meant to me?..What it should mean to everyone...

Veterans..I thank you from the bottom of my heart..doesn't matter if you were stateside and didn't see action...the fact that you & the other's are willing to sacrifice so much, so that we could sit here and gab, is a huge honor...

I Thank You from the bottom of my heart!....God Bless America! and it's Veteran's!......

Here Here!! I've had family in every major war( since the Revolutionary War) and I can't imagine what they went through! I love my country and I love our veterans.
I only wish that our government loved our vets. My grandad and his brothers( all fought in WWII) were sent home to die. They simply weren't taken care of. Everyone who reads this should call your state's senators and demand better care for our veterans!
And for all of the US vets out there, God Bless!

Yours was not a question. It was a very honest rendition of your feeling toward veterans and their sacrifices for their country. Well Expressed. Perhaps those senators and congressmen who voted to limit the support for our active troops should read feelings like this. How is it that many who voted for war now are against war and want to limit support to the troops? Then they have the audacity to proclaim in their election rhetoric" We support the troops!!"
