Theres this girl who found me on myspace about 4 months ago. I was interested in her until she told me that she was engaged to get married this december. She's 30 & had her own house with an excellent job but gave it up because he fiance' lives in England & she was going to move there after the wedding. Anyway, about a month ago & after not hearing from her for about 3 weeks, she calls me & says that her life was in tatters because her wedding was called off because she found out that her fiance' was cheating & also her was registered on numerous dating sites, its all true. To top it all off, her father was murdered during this time. And when she called me it was her birthday in a few days. ..couldnt be a couple because she & her X were actually married in court about 3 months ago & now after trying to get the marriage anulled & failed, she needs to get a divorce.. and because of that she wants to sue him for damages. So.. we cant be together or rather we cant sleep with each other because it will work against her in court if it all came out because it might seem like she is happily moving on. But then when I kissed her for the first time about a week ago, she said I am the best kisser ever & I believe her because of the way she reacts when I kiss her. The next day she said that I should try not to kiss her so nice because I left her wanting sex the day before. Anyway, I did kiss her, even better the next time & its been getting better & better. I know that we shouldnt sleep together & Im actually comfortable just kissing her but Im not sure if I should have sex with her before she gets frustrated by just kissing.

just listen to her if she said that it is not a good idea to have sex right now you need to respect that. but she likes to kiss you and if she didnt want to kiss you then she would poll away, and i dont think she is doing that. so just respect her wishes right now and eventualy everything will get better

Just don't have sex, if you two can't handle just kissing then stay apart from physical contact until she gets the divorce finalized.

Well, if you want to have sex with her and she wants to have sex with you. HAVE SEX. Sex is good and relaxing and a stress reliever. Make sure you do it in private. I very much recommend SEX especcially in this situation. Sex and Kissing.
