What law(s) did humanity break that justified the Global Flood of Noah in the first place?

They did not establish any laws there was violence all over the earth, so year 1656, when Noah was age 600 Gen.7:6; the violence ended.

Abraham at 427 years after the flood, Gen.14:1-18; was surrounded by lawless trespassing land pirates. Sodom and Gomorrah at 450 years after flood, did not have 10 people of law and order, so it was wiped out.

Moses was born in Egypt and Pharoah was killing all the infant males in
Abraham's family. Moses was saved Acts 7:1-60;

The Talmud and other Rabbinic commentaries site theft as the the main reason.

In particular stealing very small items (such as a single grape) that have very little value, and having this done by many people.
In this way one was able steal without any regret or punishment
