As I watched that movie, I was surprised. All the kids were crying all through that movie. Is that really how you Christians try and teach your kids about Jesus??? By turning them into a bunch of crybaby sissies???

I've seen it. The crying wasn't about being a sissy or a crybaby. It was genuine, gut-wrenching emotion being torn out of small children, and shouldn't be trivialized. I found it disturbing, possibly because I've personally lived through that level of intense religious devotion as a kid and know what they were going through. It's the kind of crying that happens when you're going through intense emotional trauma and being overwhelmed with religious experiences that you're not quite old enough to cope with on an adult level.

I think when someone turns their life over to Jesus for the first time, it is an emotional experience. It is not of sadness, but of joy and thankfulness. That doesn't mean I am standing up for the people filmed in Jesus camp. I personally am a little wary of churches that get so political like they did, and who rely on so much emotion and feeling rather than a clear presentation of the truth. But I dunno, you don't have to be so hard on them...they are only kids for petes sakes.....waaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh.

No, yet i've got heard memories... those locations are tousled, they should not be criminal. that is detention center for little ones of super non secular mum and dad who do not trust their particular perspectives... that is torture for being your self, not something is sturdy approximately those locations and no you are going to be supportive of them....
