The back of my boyfriend is always itch ? His hands couldn't reach behind his back so he loves me to scratch for him. Not that I'm complaining. I love to scratch for him because I got the sastifaction from his reply "ooohhh that feels gooooood" when I scratch on the right spot.

I noticed when I start scratching on one spot, the itch started to spread all over the back! So he's moving and twisting his back to meet my scratch. He then responses "ooohh ooohh there....there...that's it...that feels good". I kept thinking the back always itches, that's why the Chinese invented --Chinese back scratcher (did Chinese really invented the back scratcher --that's another question) . Anyway, but why the back of the person tend to itch more than anywhere else on body ?

Its not so much the whole back itching really.

Your back is filled with tons of nerves all over.
When you get an itch, its from either the nerve spasming, something irritating the skin, etc

When you scratch your back, you scratch the nerves too, which, even when they aren't irritated or spasming, can still feel really good and as if they were itchy and needed to be scratched.

When you do scratch, you can cause nearby nerves to feel this too, thus making them tingle or spasm so they need to be itched as well.

If you stop scratching, withing a few seconds to minutes, they'll all settle and be just fine.
