no, that is crazy. I seriously doubt that our creator hates us.

The one true God is all about love and mercy.
"hates certain groups of people"? No.
Every single person has the ability to enter into (accept) the covenant of the New Testament for forgiveness of sin and salvation of the eternal soul thru His Son, Jesus.
All a person has to do is ASK with a sincere and repentant heart.
It really IS that simple.

I guess god probably hates the evil things we do but he loves us, everyone of us, the same and will forgive everyone of us no matter WHAT we have done, if we ask for forgiveness and truly believe in him that he is the way and the truth. God has no reason to hate certain people because in his eyes we are all equal, it is only humans who have developed the hate of certain groups of people because we are all sinners.

Where do you think hate comes from? After-all who made Lucifer? Who made man only to find out man was not pure at heart?
I ask you, does good only bring good? Does evil only bring evil?
Be very careful, because if you say apples bring forth apples and nothing more; then you are saying God is the apple from which we came. There is no logic that would defend God ever again.

God commaned moses and the Israelites to slaughter thousands of innocent people. Chose a certain group of people to be his "chosen". And later demanded the blood of his own child so that he might CONSIDER forgiving those who follow said child's example.....Yes God is very much capable of hate.

Yes! Read The Information Below...
(Psalm 5:1-5) To my sayings do give ear, O Jehovah; Do understand my sighing. Â 2Â Do pay attention to the sound of my cry for help, O my King and my God, because to you I pray. Â 3Â O Jehovah, in the morning you will hear my voice; In the morning I shall address myself to you and be on the watch. Â 4Â For you are not a God taking delight in wickedness; No one bad may reside for any time with you. Â 5Â No boasters may take their stand in front of your eyes. You do hate all those practicing what is hurtful;
(Proverbs 6:16-19) There are six things that Jehovah does hate; yes, seven are things detestable to his soul: 17Â lofty eyes, a false tongue, and hands that are shedding innocent blood, 18Â a heart fabricating hurtful schemes, feet that are in a hurry to run to badness, 19Â a false witness that launches forth lies, and anyone sending forth contentions among brothers.
What does it mean to hate? In God’s Word, “hate” is used in three distinct ways. There is the hatred motivated by malice and that seeks to harm its object. Christians must avoid this kind of hatred. It is the kind that prompted Cain to kill his righteous brother Abel. (1 John 3:12) This is also the kind of hatred that the religious leaders had for Jesus Christ.—Matthew 26:3, 4.
Further, the word “hate” is used in the Scriptures in the sense of loving less. For example, Jesus said: “If anyone comes to me and does not hate his father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own soul, he cannot be my disciple.” (Luke 14:26) Clearly, Jesus simply meant loving these less than we love him. Jacob ‘hated Leah,’ but he actually loved her less than he did Rachel.—Genesis 29:30, 31.
Then there is the meaning of the word “hate” with which we are especially concerned here. It has the thought of having such an intense feeling of dislike for or strong aversion to someone or something that we avoid having anything to do with such a person or thing. In Psalm 139 this is spoken of as “a complete hatred.” There David said: “Do I not hate those who are intensely hating you, O Jehovah, and do I not feel a loathing for those revolting against you? With a complete hatred I do hate them. They have become to me real enemies.”—Psalm 139:21, 22.
