Queens are typically come in two different lengths, 80" and 84". So if your bed frame has a footboard you will want to measure the length from the interior of the headboard to the interior of the footboard.

However, if you are just wondering about the metal bed frame, and do not have to "fit" you bed inside of headboards/footboards, you should be fine. The metal frame has two ends that distinguish what end goes where. The end with the corner bracket holts the end that actually holds the bed within the frame. The opposite end of this fram should have to brackets that are actually open or flat, which will accomodate either length.

Hope this helps!

If you purchase well known brand name mattresses and frames they are built to a common standard.

The answer is yes unless you purchase some unknown cut rate brand - you should be OK.

yes it will, but if you buy a really thick(like pillow top mattress) and a bed with a low head board or footboard it may look funny
