formal: s'il vous plait (pronounced see voo play)
informal: s'il te plait (see teh play)
note to calib_forever: it's not that we all spelled it wrong, it's that not all of us have international keyboards or have memorized the ALT codes for international characters. After having studied French for over 6 years, I definitely know how to spell "please." Also, the hat is called a circumflex.
