The first one is correct.
If a name ends with an S, you never need to add an extra S.
The ' is all you need to put.

Technically they are both correct, at least here in America, but the first one is far more common. When a word ends with an s it is acceptable to omit the s after the apostrophe, as it looks redundant.

Both are fine. I think (think) that in the UK they would use the first answer, and in the USA they would use the second.
