What do you need to look like to "pull off" short hair?

chin length hair w/ side swept bangs? Should your neck be longer or shorter than normal? What face shape should you have?

i say that heart, oval shape face is idol for short hair. Have some highlights that would only warm your front frame of your face. You should want your haircut to appear as if you have a longer neck and a slimmer face. Make it with some choppy bangs to the side.

Prominent cheekbones help a LOT.
