Is Nikon Coolpix 2100 2MP A good Camera to buy?

Its used selling for 45.00.... and comes with case and memory card...
Is this a Good Ditital Camera or am i just waising my time??

Nikon 6mp camera new for about twice the price.

IMO a waste of money.
