I'll drink the same ammount of kool-aid as water and it feels like when I drink kool-aid I have to pee twice as much!

The ingredients in Kool-aid are hydrogolic (they absorb water) so the mixture in your system is denser as it passes through your system.

Since there is so much sugar in koolaid and sugar is hygroscopic (absorbs water making it a heavier liquid) the koolaid travels through your digestive tract quicker...good question though!
